My wife and I were sitting at the computers late last night. Noises of big trucks became apparent.
It persisted---very unusual. I went outside to see what was going on. There were five trucks from
the local fire department up the street. A first aid truck drove off, in no hurry. I went back inside,
told my wife what was going on, grabbed my camera, and returned. These shots are the result. I did
little editing---mostly rotating to make things horizontal, a little bit of cropping, and painting out
a few distracting noise blips. The fire was minor---I never saw smoke.
