Masinloc's Pipits

A couple of weeks back, while scouting for good birding areas along the dirt road to Coto Mines, I saw several Richard's Pipits along a particular stretch. It was raining then, and so it was too for the last week or so. Today (August 10, 2005), the rains had a brief respite. So I grabbed my Sigmonster and went up the mountain road to the Pipits' playground. I was not disappointed.
