All gone to look for America....

A casual invitation from Lara to look her up if we were ever in NYC and a coincidental business trip to New Jersey combined to make for one of the most extraordinary weekends of my life. I was so touched to find Jill willing to fly in from Alabama, Jeanne from San Francisco and Mark drive all the way from Washington to spend time with us. I was moved by Lara's hospitality and generosity of spirit that meant she saw that we wanted for nothing while in her city.

Thank you all for treating us with such care - we love you all.

Well.. although dissappointed to not have met you all in NYC, I am overjoyed to have shared in the trip through your galleries. You all had such wonderful, glowing smiles on in all the pics! Thanks for sharing them.

They're all wonderful!! I've never been to New York and now I feel as if I've gotten a taste of it through these photos! They're all brilliant.

Fabulous collection, Linda! As a New Yorker somewhat jaded by the familiarity, it's a delight - as Jill said - to see NYC and America through your eyes. Enjoyed all your images, candids, details, architecture (especially love the Grand Central Station facade!) - thanks for the vicarious visit home : )

Only if I had seen NY through your eyes. Just absolutely captivating and interesting. My favorite is the chefs...and and and.....I like them all, even the one of me:)
