razor wire

Ah how the mighty have fallen - the 'prestigious' new development by Blackwater Station has now stood empty for the two years since it was built. It's a shame because the trading estate that used to be there had a number of good, little, local businesses in it that were forced out for this great glass palace. The only benefit of the new development is the station car park which is a major step forward!

For months now, 'yoofs' have been climbing over the station railings and making themselves at home in the car park - and why not, I used to do similar things myself as a teenager - I remember the old bombed-out railway platform at Ruislip Gardens station very well!!!!!

The owners have obviously decided they're not happy about this turn of events and this morning, this vicious stuff was all over the railings and the small gap between the car park and the station platform. I do hope they get sued by someone getting injured on it. This country is NOT a warzone. If the company that owned the land hadn't been so eager to develop, the problem wouldn't have arisen because the local businesses would have managed the predicament for themselves.
