One of my main hates in life is the kind of boss who asks others to do things they're not prepared to do themselves. So, today, I spent my afternoon and evening putting fancy CD covers on a big pile of CDs, stuffing them into envelopes together with two packs of chocolates and a covering letter. I then franked them all ready to go off to the post office tomorrow morning and be on the desks of our clients on Monday morning.

So, even as a Director I still get to do all those great jobs that make me realise why I joined the company!
