I’m more than a tad nervous. Tomorrow I get on my pins with my new class and actually teach!
It may be that I end up being hot stuff or luke warm. It’s hard to know, just like the same is true when you make chilli oil. Sometimes it comes out hot, sometimes less so! What it will definitely be is “me, warts and all”, just like this bottle – smeary from fingerprints, dusty and scratched but a very real working condiment that’s regularly pressed into action, especially on pizza night.
As they say, “break a leg”.
