No jobs on the horizon – despite applying for new things every day.

No news on our project – despite frequent meetings.

One little glimmer – remember me talking about “finding” oil – oh and just to be sure we’re not misunderstood, we have not stolen this oil – we’ve now managed to syphon 530 litres of oil - that's worth more than £350 into our oil tank and now have 7 of 10 bars on our oil gauge. It's extremely hard work and very boring to do but for every hour we work, we are "making" about twenty quid between us. We’ve been able to switch on the boiler and have been luxuriating in the knowledge that when we turn on the tap, hot water will come out…

…and that’s good at a time when we are not able to switch on our cold tap and get clean water out. For the last couple of days we’ve had to boil all of our water for drinking, cooking and teeth cleaning. Apparently it’s safe to shower in but that’s about it. Hopefully we will hear that the problem is fixed tomorrow.
