Louise joined my team today and I threw her in at the deep end by making her go to visit a client on her first day. She didn't seem perturbed at all and even managed to deliver a critical comment, making the meeting go with a swing! It's always a worry whether or not a new person will turn up on day two after seeing the team and offices at first hand....I hope Louise hasn't been put off by us.
