Hi Saab You can 'write' your name on photos using photoshop - there is a text tool on all versions, just click on the text tool and type. Sorry to keep you waiting for a response.

The food looks well-prpared for photography, but I'd love to see a bit more contrast in the lower midtones,and I think you need a large 1x1.5 meter reflector that has more "snap" for achieving this shadow contrast and lower midtone contrast. Crumpled silver or smooth,dull silver foil over Foam-Cor brand or cardboard would be my suggestion. Waldorf copy w/walnuts and apples and gouda copy below it are two pics which look just too flat,and in need of more fill. Your light source is so soft, I just think you need a teeny-tiny bit more 'snap' to the lighting,and your work goes up much higher. Tricolore copy w/ a bit of misted water and glycerine on those tiny,beautiful toamtos,and Poof! it's a cookbook segment divider worth $2k per edition.
