A couple of days holiday tagged onto the end of a trip to Barcelona last week. The first time David and I have been on holiday together anywhere that requires going overseas since we met (other than two days in Paris in the first few months of our relationship). Weather, despite forecasted rain was perfect and the trip a wonderful break from the hurly-burly.

I'd never heard of Gaudi until I visited Barcelona ten years or so ago - now I'm a devoted fan - he really rocks!
