Super gallery Linda!
I am trying to build a British Butterfly gallery but struggling due to the weather and the fact they never seem to stop!!:)

Dan - thank you for browsing through the gallery and taking time to comment, I appreciate it. Thanks also for pointing out my mistake - I welcome any corrections to errors that I have made. Of course you are absolutely right and I can see that quite clearly now. Two years ago when some of these first shots were taken, I was not quite as familiar with IDs as I am today and I now try to look more carefully at detail although I still make mistakes :-)

Nice. The first 'meadow brown' is a female gatekeeper. The 'skipper' is a large skipper (note the hooked tips to the antennae).
