Central Coloso, also known as Coloso Sugar Cane Refinery, was a long-running sugarcane refinery in Aguada, Puerto Rico. Established in late 19th century, it became one of the biggest sugar emporiums in the island, remaining operational until 2003. It was the last sugarcane refinery to cease operations in the island.
