THE ARTIST'S STATEMENT.... Today is Saturday, January 1, 2011 @ 3:30am. It's a new day, a new year, and the world is filled with new opportunities here in Northern California. I am so spiritually greatful for all of my accomplishments in 2010. My health challenges were opportunities for me to reflect upon my past and determine how I was going to turn my challenges into cheers. I DID! My last hospitalization for an "asthma/copd" attack was November 19, 2010 - November 21, 2010. While in a California hospital, a vision came to me to write my next book, "...LEGACY OF A LADY -- LILLE" (c)2011 . This book is about Passing The Torch (see the painting below) to people who enter your path for their self-empowerment. HAVE A GREAT YEAR, TOO!

I am particularly impressed by the cleanness and vibrance of the color used and the depth that you are able to obtain in the images. You certainly are tallented! What fascinates me is how the titles of the paintings add so much meaning to them-- it's as thought the words focus the imagination and perception. I wish I had a living space that would be appropriate for these. The colors of the paintings chosen would almost dictate the colors of the rest of the decor. Keep up the amazing creativity!
