The first two images show the FOV of the L and 18-200 [B] at 200mm. The results show that B is not really 200mm, even at infinity focus, and is more like 185mm. The last three images are full-sized captures of the L at f2.8 and f5.6 and B at f5.6. They are full-sized so you can download them to your own computer and see the IQ differences between them. The focus point was right in the middle of the black car on the driver's door handle. [Note: Regarding the Tamron 18-270 VC [D], comparing it to the Canon 55-250 IS [E] at their maximum telephoto focal lengths, I put D at about 255mm as its true maximum focal length.]
