This is the MAIN test. It puts each lens at 400mm (the 300f4IS is actually at 420mm).

These images support what I have concluded with my own tests: sharpest is the 400f5.6/f8, next is the 100-400f5.6/f8, then the sigma 80-400, the 300f4IS +1.4xTC and last is the 70-200IS +2xTC (the 70-200f4IS when cropped 200% produces a far superior image).
