A strong movement has bright visions of the future AND is strongly rooted in het own past.
In al ot of societies and social movements, story-telling is a proven and strong method to transmit wisdom and the power of the past.
Storytelling is the technique we'll use now to make
1. connection with each other and to make
2. connection with the power of our WIB-roots.
3. We'll look for the DNA and feel power of our history, and the power gathered in this room.
What we ask form you:1. Choose a buddy who you DO NOT know (well).
Check if you find a language in which you van easily communicate

2. Think of a story, preferably about a WIB- action or –event
Where you were involved.
And to which you look back with proud and satisfaction.
An action/event that had real impact, according to the WIB targets and values, and that was adding value in the wide social sphere.

3. A starts telling her story in detail to B. She brings the action and the energy ‘there and than’ back to life here in this moment.
B Only listens with full attention. And/ Or asks questions to create a even more lively situation. No discussion!

After the whole story is told in all her details, and when you feel the energy of ‘there and than’. Look together for the specific factors that made this action/+event a success:
1. What was your personal contribution?
2. What was the contribution of the others ?
3. What was the contribution of the context?
