Close up of very large (1 3/4") ceramic button. I used a large covered snap under the button for the actual closure.

Julia, Thank you! The snap is sewn to the inside of the jacket and the button to the outside, so you don't need to glue them together. HTH!

hello this is wonderful. what sort of glue can be used to glue the snap to the button?
