These are the actual sleeve pattern pieces. The edges are curling a little from age probably. I hold them down when I cut with my rotary cutter. You can see the placket extensions and fold lines. I start the placket a little lower than the pattern calls for. I think it's too high up on the sleeve otherwise. It would be fine if you were going to put a button in the middle of the placket, but those tend to be irritating to the skin when worn. I've narrowed the sleeve at the underarm seam on the upper sleeve piece by tapering from the XL line to the Medium line. The sleeves were a little too full otherwise.
