Front view of a blouse made from a blend of Vogue 2719 (altered with Saran Block) and Burda WOF 105 5/2008.

The sleeves are from the Burda pattern, and the body is from the Vogue. The vertical front dart was deepened into a tuck below the waist and the Burda neckline tucks were changed into a dart which became a princess seam effect with the vertical dart.
