The building on the left with the "WKDF" sign is being converted into apartments. That is the Stahlman Building and the tower on the right will have renovation work started on it soon. This is also the place where the new Courthouse Square park is being constructed with the below ground parking structure for downtown. One of the more impressive approaches into downtown I might add.
