The largest passenger jet in the world. And the single most ambitious airliner project ever undertaken. This thing is just huge in every sense of the word. Everything thing about this airplane is big, everything! Once it starts revenue flights in Octoboer 2007 with Singapore Airlines, people will then start to grasp the sheer scope of this plane on both the physical realm and the financial one. It's one for the record books without a doubt and it will be interesting to see the future this aircaft can generate for itself. Airbus has certainly proven that size isn't an issue in regards to airplanes! I was honored enough to be able to get up close and personal with one on its pre-delivery World Tour 2007 at Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport. A little side note about this particular airframe (MSN009 F-WWEA). Once the flight test are finished and the interior is installed on this aircraft, it will then be delivered to Emirates Airlines in the Middle East. >
