It probably still exists as NTDPW doesn't know how to actually fix anything related to road work.I could (and should've) taken pics of of some areas over the years.The same holes are still there 30 yrs later and the DPW still does little to nothing,some streets are a total disaster and have been so for many many years.They paved Oliver street from Wheatfield st. to east ave many years ago and about 6mos. later tore it up to put in a sewer line,Oliver has never been right since then and is always in decrepit condition in that area as we speak and that was about 20 yrs. ago.
