Beautiful capture...I like the lace in the background. I'll have to dig ours out sometime & take a picture of it. You gave me an idea about the lace.

Quote from Minor White "Don't photograph simply what it is, rather, photograph what else it is"...you've done just that.
Apart from being a perfect 'G', this beauty tells stories of yesteryears when life was so much simplier, not for better or worse, just different.
Apart from cooking my dinner, my plastic version of this does a zillion tricks of which I only know and need straight stiching :)
I'd love to see this in real life someday.....

What a treasure. You've captured a lovely and very intersting G. Glad I didn't have to use one of those.

G as in Singer?
This sewing-machine reminds me of my grandmother's Singer, although this one looks completely different (hers was a treadle model)
... whatever, Great G!
The lace curtain perfectly matches the vintage mood.
I love the subtle lighting.

I anxiously await what you will come up with next, and it is always a wonderful surprise. This is beautiful. You have such a treasure trove of antiques, don't you? Just amazing, and the most wonderful "G" as well as a terrific still life. Great job, my friend!

What a contraption. So clever that you are thinking of words to go along with your letters, I have trouble just finding the letters. Anyone have a spare E?

This is unique "G", Leslie! And unique, I think, sowing machine, I have never seen anything similar. Your Alphabet full of antique treasures you such well photographed.
PS your "note of inflation" is very interesting too.
