Welcome to my PBASE photo galleries. As you will observe, I have a passion for photographing birds. This combines a number of hobbies such as birding, photography, hiking and kayaking. For me it’s a great way to connect with nature!

In the last couple of years I’ve been having fun photographing our lakeshore community in Michigan. My Shorewood Hills Impressions gallery contains photographs that characterize the essential beauty of the community.

The primary equipment I use for birding is my Cannon 7D Mark II, and 100-400mm zoom and 500mm f/4.0L telephoto lenses. (Click Here)
