I have been painting for more than twenty years. I have worked with silk screen, wall hangings, t-shirts and acrylics. Most of my work now is done in acrylics. When I am not painting, I am on the Moose River at Moosonee as a taxi boat driver. I take great pride in being one of the first drivers on the river in the spring and the last in the fall. I am a Mushkegowuk or Swamp Cree. I am proud to be fluent in my own language, Cree, and to be a member of the Attawapiskat First Nation.
