ÖREBRO BILDER.

Örebro - the name means the bridge over the ford - is Sweden´s 7th largest City with some 136 000 inhabitants and situated 200 km west of Stockholm. It is part of business region "Stockholm the capital of Scandinavia"!
Örebro is a logistical center in Scandinavia!

Was surfing for CV in Örebro when I stumbled over your excellent picture gallery. I was born in Örebro 1945 and worked at CV (Central Verstäderna, the Swedish State Railroads main maintenence shops 1962 - 1967, before I left for the Railroad Officer School in Stockholm. I left the railroads in 1983 when I emigrated to the US.

Thank you for this nostalgic kick!
