Happy Holidays to you and yours .
Thank you for being a finest friend .
Glad I found your photo collection and to know about another Nikon shooter not so far away. I look forward to browsing your photos
You should shoot some more models.
Lee, I was nosing around the web looking for Smith River pix & came across you excellent site. Thanks for sharing your talented & skillful perspectives!
You seem to make excellent uses of black and white. I always struggle with losing the color. Someone here on pbase once commented that b&w should be utilized when shape is to be emphasized. You seem to do better than that. Nice work.
¡Hola Lee! Thank you for your very positive comments and your visit of my galleries.
Kind regards from Spain,
Hi Lee. Spelling never was my strong point! Many thanks for looking.
Hello Lee, Thank you for visiting my site, and your comments. I also enjoyed your gallery. very nice!

Lee, loads of thanks for stopping by. your comments are appreciated and your friendship very welcome.
peace to you
I was very pleased to receive your kind message about my museum and art photography. Your comment was dramatically enhanced when I looked at your photographs and realised that someone with your photographic ability was enjoying my pictures. Thank you very much.
Your still life work is amazing and I look forward to making further visits when time allows.
Thank you once again.
Hi Lee, this is Chris (Zen007 at pbase).. thanks for stopping by my gallery .. there were so many photos to complete the story..it's now finished so you can check it out again for the 'full story' .. really thankful to your kind words and glad to hear that you read what I wanted to portrait and deliver.
Your stuff are great btw.. color and tone control.:)
Hi Lee, this is Kim from Bentley's. Great gallery, I'm extremely impressed!!
Thanks for the comment.. I think there are actually 300+ cans of beer on my wall! :)
Love your style and the pics are soo crisp
Glad to have run into you @ the Bakery D'Amour at Sunday lunch time. As I asked @ the time [which you denied] you are a professional! Lovely compositions. Particularly enjoyed viewing the Portland Chinese garden. Great to have met you.
I am immensely grateful for your kind comments. See you around !
Thank you sir for your kind comments on my newly created gallery. I recently migrated to a DSLR, and have been learning and having fun. I like your Oregon landscapes and aircraft images in your galleries; nice capture of color. - Gary Kovacs
Que ces galeries "Nature" sont belles ! Et les compositions aussi ...
Merci Monsieur La Fontaine!
Thank you very much for viewing my gallery and for your very kind comments.
Best regards from IRAN.
Hi Lee- Thanks so much for your kind comment on my gallery. It gives me the encouragement to keep going and work harder. Keep checking back as I will be adding more soon. Cheers-Marilyn
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year , to you and your family *****
Howdy Lee! First off, you have many wonderful images and I have really enjoyed viewing them. I will be back for more. I notice that you are from Salem, I was raised in Albany and have explored many of the same areas that you have photographed. My wife and I moved to Alaska three years ago and as suspected, a photographers dream come true. We just wish that we had moved up here years ago. Amazing place! Looking forward to viewing more of your photos and thank you for the kind words. Also, if you get the chance, visit Frenchglen when the fall colors are starting to pop. You wont be disappointed. :)
I am creating a website for a business in the Stayton (Oregon) area and am interested to hear if you might have any photos af the surrounding area that we might use, and also, what your usage cost is. Thanks, Helyn
Hi Lee, thanks for dropping by my galleries, I appreciate the kind feedback. You have some wonderful shots through out your galleries.
Lee I am doing a report on the Portland Chinese Gardens for school and I took crappy photo's. When I saw yours you had captured everything that I loved about what I saw. I especially loved the doorway and window way shots. Thank you.
Lee, the picture you commented on was from last fall. It's not bright gold here yet. I did take a picture of the marshes turning gold yesterday though, It's getting into frost time at night, so it won't be too long. Kerry
Thanks again, Lee - it means a lot because I'm struggling with this one, trying to make the sheet metal smooth while retaining the proper contours. It's got to be, though, because for printing the aim is to have it large enough to read the script on those little badges.
Hi Lee! That little Sonett was the debut of the model - Stockholm, 1956. Saab only built 6, and only 2 came to the U.S. One is in the Ford Museum; this is the other. So that explains why you've never seen one of the original series, even as you owned the latter production run. Of late, I think I got a bit sloppy with the editing, but now have been tightening things up again - getting rid of some riff-raff and re-touching some of the older stuff. Still so much to do, (and only 3 months till the next show).
Great Galleries Sir. You are very artistic, talented and gifted. I went through your photos this morning and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Thank you for posting and sharing.
Tena koe (greetings, in Maori). I have just discovered your work via your 'still-life gallery.' As a relative newbie to serious photography that simply blew me away. Naturally I then checked the rest of your galleries..............I find your work both inspiring and educational, although much of it, (especially the lighting in your still-life's etc) I am almost totally ignorant about. My learning curve in that area is almost vertical! I have added you to my favourites and look forward to working my way thru your work.
Kia ora ('thank you')
Chinese Garden-beyond beauty! Love seeing close-up's of details. Must watch slideshow again now. Thank you for the pleasure!
Thank you for exhibiting such interestingly different images.
Lee, honestly your last comment gave me a big smile. Thanks so much. 'Still so much to do, and so many little errors to fix. I find about a dozen more each time I check. Anyway, thanks again, and happy New Year to you and yours. - Dominic
Hi my friend , Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2008 *****
Thanks for visiting my gallery and your comments,
Thank you for your comments in my gallery. I enjoyed perusing your many images, and you have inspired me to work on doing more street work. Regards, Michael
Thank you for visiting my galleries and your kind comments.
You have many nice photos in your galleries :-)
Best regards from Montreal :-)
It's hard to find a 507 to photograph, what with 250-some made. But there were so many cars at the show that fell into the "I wanted to see one of those" category. I couldn't believe the '37 8C Alfa - that's one of three in the world. The other complete example is a two-tone steel/blue car, while the last is still being restored somewhere overseas. We'll keep them coming...
Thanks for the comment on artenea´s "verja". Really encouraging, since I had just opened my gallery!
I love your "people" and your "back side of town" shots. I´ll be coming back to your gallery often, to see what´s next.
Thanks for sharing!
Best regards from Madrid, Spain.
I love this "backside of town" gallery. Great shots, great angles, great lightning. I am a friend of black & white photography and hope that there's more to come... Thanx for sharing!
Hi Lee, Good to hear from you again and thanks for the comment on Arizon B&W's. We just moved back to Arizona from your part of the country. We moved up to Olympia, WA last summer but just never adjusted. I have become very interested in BW landscapes but it all has to start with a good composition. Enjoyed going through your galleries and looking at the Pacific Northwest sites again. Best Regards, Jim.
Thanks for checking out my galleries Lee and for the great comments. Loved your landscape galleries! I will be back to see what's next:)
You have so beautifuly photos in yours portfolio...Excellent my friend...Greetings from Montenegro, old/new country in Europa...I will come back with pleasure...
Very artistic sens in your photogaphies
Congratulations! It is a pleasure to see your galleries
Lee, thank you for the wonderful comments you posted in my gallery! I'm just starting out, so I honestly didn't expect any comments at all -- and especially not from someone with as strong a portfolio as yours. I know I'll be touring your galleries for *hours* over the next several days; you have such a rich and delightful collection. I'm in awe! So thank you for posting and leading me back to your works.
Enjoyed your galleries!
Joseph W. Carey
I always love when someone with talent comes and deems me worthy of comment but at the same time it makes things so hard for me to pick just one or two images to say something about when your work is so great from start to bottom...
Dean Eades BirdMad - BirdGuides Photo of the Year Winner
Lee, thanks for your comment on my BW image. I did check out Brett Weston images from your previous note, good stuff, I find visualizing for BW to be challening and helps slow me down for my other photography. Enjoyed your Oregon coast galleries. Regards, Jim.
Why, I see that congratulations are in order! Happy anniversary on the one year mark of joining Pbase's jolly ranks. Best wishes for many photographic adventures and discoveries in the coming year.
thanx for the sweet Mr. LEE......

Saw some pictures of you and really like the way you present things. Also you are really looking at things through a lens. A real photographers hart is there. I will be back, you are on my list.
Thanks for visiting my Snowy Owl gallery and your kind feedback! Very appreciated.
Well done Lee
Your photography is breath taking. I look forward to your future work
Thanks for the kind words. I've particularly enjoyed your Evergreen Aviation gallery, not so much because of the subject matter, but how you seem to have connected with it. 'Very colorful with some nifty persepctives.
Thank you for your comments, I enjoyed visiting your galleries. I really like your presentation and your use of light.
Hi Lee, Thanks for the comment in my gallery

Thank you so much for the comments. They mean alot to me. I have alot to learn. One day, I hope to be as great as you are.
Thank you very much for your comment,my comment was directed to a man who was very critical of the subject matter and was very quick to judge those things that my mother saw, saying things such as "you whites always show the slums and never anything happy". This statement is of course utterly false, however he posted this comment to me within my posting of only 10 photos. I appreciate your comment and i am glad you enjoyed my mother's documentary work, there is more to come so keep an eye out for more. Also if you take a look at my other photos, i'd like to know what you think. thanks again- Dustin
Hi lee thank for you comment . I am making the correction of the porsche 356 Speedster you can coming look this ....
You gallery are good Work Francis
Good to hear from another Oregonian. You have some good lake shots also. I see you have been to Whitehorse. That is where the ones in the red were taken. The log pictures were above Clearwater Falls.
Thanks for the comments on my "Portrait & Glamour" gallery, I appreciate it. I hope to have some more of those photos posted over the next few weeks. Your Oregon themed galleries have some beautiful photos... Everything from that part of the country always looks lush and green.
I enjoyed your galleries... especially the Evergreen Aviation Musuem. Nice pictures all around. Thanks for visiting mine too.
You were the first person to visit my galleries when they were new. I'm so glad that you did, because it has let me keep track of the gorgeous additions you've made to your own pages in the meantime. I really enjoy them.
Hello Lee, Thanks for visiting my gallery. I had a quicl look through your galleries. Keep them coming. Regards
Lee...Thank you so much for the info on my Blue Heron. Was surprised to learn it was young rather than old, as I thought. I am going now to check out your photos.

Thank you for the kind words in my gallery Lee. You were a lucky young man to grow up in such a beautiful area as the Palouse.
