John's 1900 dollar House

years ago our friend john went to a real estate auction in west virginia...a bid of
less than 2k and the end of the day found him the owner of a well preserved yet slightly dilapidated,
4 bdroom, 2 bath, mid-1800s house
...he repaired/replaced two porches, replaced windows shattered by bb-gun pellets, painted the
exterior, and began furnishing the house with articles he was given, inherited, picked off the trash
pile at the days end of the townwide yard sale, or bought inexpensively at auctions, flea markets,
and yard sales

the wine i was drinking had nothing to do with any lopsided horizons,
it's the mountains and altitude i tells ya, everything's slanted! ;o)

. . .	. . .	the narrow door leads to	real apollo
a piano and a gas fireplace	. . .	one of two wood fireplaces, in 'our' bedroom	the room we stayed in
the yellow room	the floors throughout the house are variable width, original, no creaks, sags or soft spots	. . .	thru the screen from kitchen window
