The following pictures were taken of my father during his time in the peacetime army. He was stationed in Bremerhavem, Germany, and he and his wife used to listen to radio personality Tony Denabeto in his program “lunchen in munchen”. He later became Tony Bennet. Later he was rifted from a captain to a sergeant after the Korean War “year of the dum-dum rift. Many war qualified officers, and sergeants with combat experience were let go, or demoted.
