Our trip to the Hill Country this time was to attend a wedding Friday afternoon/evening and we used that as an excuse to stay in the Hill Country the whole weekend. We stayed at a Vacation Rental By Owner (VRBO) located out in the countryside between Bee Caves and Dripping Springs. Saturday after my long walk in that area, Dave and I drove over to Wimberley and wandered around old town. Sunday a.m. was another long walk for me followed by more relaxing time out on the covered porch of our cottage. This weekend's Get-Away felt like a full vacation to me - it was THAT relaxing!!!
