1. Use Kinesio Tape. Cut 2 strips about 4 or 5 "squares" long

Kinesio Tape is expensive but worth it. It stretches in one direction - lengthwise. As long as your feet aren't really sweaty, it can stay on for 2 or 3 days, though it loses some support with time.
