We purchased 3 watercolors in Houston in 1980. They have the signature of David Lee and the dates on the bottom of pics. They also have the small seal that I see on several of his other paintings and his name in Chinese I believe.. They do not however, have any sort of name as to what the paintings are called. Was this something the painter did in the early stages of his career? Do you know who I could contact in my area to see if they are even origonal and if so what their value might be? I do remember the salesperson saying she believed that David Lee would someday be quite an established painter. I live in the Portage, Mi. area Thanks for your help Tim DeHaan

I am interested in knowing about the David Lee's painting which was purchased in 1979. "Blue Bamboo" 30x39. Appraisal value and selling price?
