In Program-mode as you use here I think it would be 1/2-stop minus exposure compensation and 1/2-stop plus flash compensation. Or 1/3 each for a more subtle change. Would that work for less sun and more flash? If so, it is incredibly easy!

FP works! My FEELING says there is still a little too much sun highlight on Courtney and one stop too little flash on her face? Maybe 1/2 stop less ambient light and 1/2 stop more flash? Probably subjective. Is it done 1/800s at the same f-stop and 1/2-stop+ on flash compensation?
