This is an image of the night sky near the tail of Cygnus, shot with a Canon 10D DSLR and Sigma 180mm
f/3.5 APO macro lens, piggybacked on a tracking mount. The shot is two minutes long at f/3.5 and ISO 400. The image
was shot in JPEG and no dark frame was subtracted. No processing was done other than 100% crops of the
corner and center, and jpeg compression. The first three images are the center and two corner crops at 100%
scale. Last is the full image, recompressed in Photoshop to save space and download time (but still large).
