Before I could even think.. he was up ON THE NEST!
The baby that was thinking about leaving the nest flew off at the
same time as the roadrunner flew up.. so one baby was safely off
and out of the nest.

You can't even see the nest here, but the roadrunner is standing
right over it. I snapped 2 fast photos and started toward him..
He was watching me more than the birds that he was there to eat...
