WOLF'S GUENON (Cercopithecus wolfi)

Wolf's guenons are tree dwellers found south of Africa's Congo River. Scientists have recorded seven distinct sounds uttered by this species, including a grunting call they use to keep in contact while foraging. As their food includes nectar, Wolf's guenons are pollinators of certain rain forest trees. Lifespan is from 20 to 30 years.
