Excellent detail. Some hang out in the southern deserts of AZ in the winter, but I have never gotten a really good look at one, even with binocs.

I've lived all over Florida (and the Caribbean) ovr the past 40 years, and currently live about 30 miles from the park this picture was made in, and I have never ever seen one of these birds. I believe I would remember a bird with a really bad black toupee. Great photo, btw.
