Great image ~ I would have to guess that the sharper reflection is the outer side of the droplet closest to you and the softer image is reflection from the other side of the droplet. You probably already know that though and I need to just shut up and go away... :))

I think the light entering from different directions is being reflected based on the shape of the drop! The drop is a lens and the light coming in from each side gets different results because of the drop not being the same shape on each side.
