#26: Button it!

#26: Button it!

Cleaning out a cupboard, I came across a box of old buttons saved over the years. When I was young, I invariably sported several buttons on my jacket, my knapsack, wherever! These are some of my favourites from the past decades. The peace symbol and the SNCC buttons I got in 1965! The Kill Your TV button comes from the many decades when I chose not to have a television, but... I've gone over to the dark side now, and have one, albeit a very old one :-)

you certainly embraced a variety of causes...all admirable ones too, even the rallying cry for Wales...buddhist punks against VDZ is particularly memorable..

Very cool! I no longer have any of my buttons from those decades. Great still life and history lesson. V.
