Russula species

There was a small cluster of these mushroooms on the forest floor, and this one has clearly been nibbled on. Probably by a red squirrel as they love mushrooms. This is probably poisonous.

I love Russula sp. but it is so difficult to get the right name. Great capture and the colour is awesome.
