In addition to finding the cecropia moth on my early morning walk, I also came across two of these little guys, sharing a milkweed plant. They were very active youngsters and kept moving around the plant, so after a few photos I left them alone. They were sitting above a nearly dried out pond. Water is scarce for all wildlife here as wetlands are bone dry, ponds are dry or drying. Fortunately, these treefrogs do well away from water, and only seek it out in breeding season. Always a thrill to see these little guys.
