Tangalooma Wild Dolphin Resort - Moreton Island-Queensland. Australia

Moreton Island National Park, the geological speed bump in the Coral Sea protecting Brisbane from the tempestuous oceanic tantrums of Mother Nature, is a natural wonderland.
There are no made roads except the beaches and sand tracks that thread their way through the bush and along the beaches. Mirror and perched lakes, Blue Lagoon and Honey Eaters are magic for a cooling plunge.
Cape Moreton provides unparalleled opportunities to watch nature at play. Sea eagles and brahminy kites hang off the up draughts. Manta rays and dolphins frolic in the Coral Sea occasionally launching themselves off the dumpers that thunder into the rocky boulders below. Turtles bob up for a breath of air and a spectacular parade of humpback whales cruise slowly past from mid June to the end of October. Endangered dugongs still graze in the bay.
Tangalooma Wild Dolphin Resort lies on the Western side of Moreton Island-the third largest sand island in the world. Wild dolphins arrive every evening for a snack of fish and interact with humans who flock to the island to hand feed them.
