January 2017

We kicked off 2017 with a visit from our Arizona family, which included a tram voyage to the winter wonderland at the top of the Sandia Mountains. In the middle of January, we celebrated Chinese New Year, with Annie and Kristina doing kung fu routines and a fan dance. At the end, we enjoyed getting back to the school year and other activities.

This new guitar from Santa is fantastic! Like the sign says, it's a food coloring experiment It was conducted with no adult supervision It used a surprisingly robust experimental design
All ingredients were safe, non-toxic, and edible Err, all ingredients were safe and non-toxic Scratch that, all ingredients were safe All signs were made by a kindergarden student
Who thinks of this stuff?? The experiment was a success On MLK Day, we toured the downtown murals Also in January: Maria was recognized by the NM legislature
A proclamation - how exciting!
