This trip was originally planned to last 100 days, and I was hoping to have company for at least some of the time. But I went by myself, and cut the trip short after realising that at 74 I'm not grownup enough to be let out in the middle of Australia unsupervised. Still, I have some good pictures here, sorted out to some extent, and one day I'll go again when I'm more sorted out myself.
I had a Garmin eMap in the car on this trip, and have recorded GPS readings for some of these images; these represent the location of the car when I got out to take the picture rather than the location of whatever I was photographing.
