Pictures I took before 1991 were destroyed in a fire that year. But a few have turned up recently and are worth showing for their curiosity and sentimental value: The earliest were taken in about 1947 with my father's folding Kodak which was old even then, probably on Verichrome film, developed and contact printed in a cupboard, some of them hand tinted, put into an album and forgotten, rediscovered recently by my sister. Now scanned, touched up with Photoshop, and here they are. More, please!
