This is an interesting "private zoo" with some rare or endangered animals, 4 to 5 hours drive south of Sydney. The first 20 pictures here were taken on a recent visit when the animals were keeping quiet in response to the summer heat. The last 4 are from an earlier visit on a cooler day.

If you click on "view map" you see that a part of the zoo has canals and islands. These aerial pictures were taken some time ago; it is all very much developed since then.
