Jenolan Caves, limestone caves a half day's drive west of Sydney: My earliest memories are from the 1930s (no photographs), my most recent from a visit in 1995 (with a film camera - scanned negatives) and another in 2003 (with my DiMage 5). Most of the pictures in the caves were taken without flash; the caves are lit with ordinary tungsten lighting, thankfully not coloured. Exposures of about 1/8 second were needed, and hand held if there was no convenient rock or railing.
