I have a small book "120 Walks in New South Wales" by Tyrone Thomas. The author describes a longer walk starting at the same campground but mentions the Rock Lily walk in passing as very short and by implication easy. The author must have been 50 years younger than I am and much fitter. It is a scramble, with poorly marked tracks and misleading signs. I didn't get lost, but that's because I walked anticlockwise and ignored the signs. If you were walking the circuit track clockwise, as recommended, you would find, when you were three-quarters of the way round, a sign telling you the way to the campground was back the way you came, when in fact you should turn right and keep going.
