I do like shots like these; the urban lights providing a shield against the encroaching darkness of the wilderness beyond. While it's a seemingly empty place (made even more so by the mono treatment) I do think that I note some motion blur from car lights as well. A place that people pass through but, having erected the lights and moved on, no longer touch.
