Today on our road floods following Cyclone Debbie which caused chaos 1000km north of here.
Between 200-400mm had fallen a couple of hours ago but it's been raining heavily the past two hours so that will rise. I wanted the drought to end just not quite so quickly...I'm hearing large branches falling out there but it's dark so whether it's our trees or the neighbours I've no clue...I somehow think come morning it's not going to be pretty....oh and just now, thunder has begun rumbling around.
